Felicity Rafferty was a Principal Solicitor at Badgery & Rafferty for many years but now provides consultancy services in the areas of Employment & Workplace Relations law including Discrimination. She also engages in Commercial Litigation on behalf of clients. Human Rights and Discrimination Law
Felicity is committed to achieving equity and inclusiveness in the workplace and has a long-standing special interest in discrimination against women in the workplace. Through her membership of the ACT Women’s Consultative Council, Felicity was involved in the introduction and implementation of the Discrimination Act 1991 (ACT). She has acted for and advised numerous clients experiencing discrimination in their employment and has provided representation in mediations, Tribunal, and Court proceedings with the objective of receiving a beneficial outcome for her clients.
